Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to New Asia Sports. We value our customers and aim to provide high-quality sports products and accessories across Pakistan. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items will not be eligible for return if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Used sports accessories or equipment
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  2. Provide your:
    • Order number
    • Product images (if damaged or incorrect)
    • Reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued through:
    • Bank transfer
    • JazzCash / EasyPaisa
    • Original payment method (if applicable)
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by New Asia Sports.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • New Asia Sports may cover delivery charges in approved cases.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
